Ain't that the truth! Meg has a job, but her take home pay is still less than the rent on an apartment. She has a friend lined up for a roommate, but even their combined incomes would only cover rent and utilities. Still the problem of food, car insurance, health insurance, ..........

But they are NOT counted among the unemployed. They may not even be being counted among the under-employed. Maybe that piece of fascist shit "healthcare reform" will let you keep her on your insurance until she's twenty-five.

I think that's wrong, but it may only be for kids in college, and besides, even if technically she moves out, she's so radically not going to be GONE. Laundry, dinner, car troubles, fights with roommates, rent raises, you name it. Assuming she can find some situation where she and her friends are just certain it's doable, shit never fails to happen, and keeping her main address at your house would probably obviate any question anyway.
