Corruption has ruled since they killed JFK. It had its victories and its losses before that, but it's been driving since that fateful day. Don't you doubt it for a minute.
Cast your mind back to when we were sitting in the audience together at a Daniel Sheehan lecture. Remember? He said they had a lock on the Republicans, but had to go black under Democrats. That ended the day JFK was shot, and if there was any question left THAT should have been a dead letter when LBJ declined to run for a second term. Nixon did not catch on until it was way too late, and the fucker was SO vain that I don't think it ever fully sank in. Carter was a rube who could be completely controlled. Bubba may not have known when he was elected, but he found out fast enough and did what he was told. Dubya was fine with it, and OBAMA is fine with it. They'd given it to Hillary, who was game, had already made her deals with the devils, but decided to try on Obama since he was clobbering her and they were having to rig the primaries to keep her in the game. I felt it on the day it happened. If he hadn't have been game, he'd've been tragically assassinated at a campaign rally.
Our fate was sealed the day he bugged out on his press corps for the secret meeting. Believe it. I feel it in every cell.

Kerry falling all over himself to concede '04, EVEN as he knew '00 was stolen, and how, and people were screaming bloody murder for him not to concede; Pelosi taking impeachment off the table; Pelosi castrating Conyers; Obama doing an immediate about face and hiring Hillary's entire slate, and a shitload of lobbyists and dual citizens, how he slit Howard Dean's and Tom Daschle's throats against ALL reason, against EVERYTHING he'd done.
