I'm on part 14 of 70 on Tsarian

Gona back that whole MoFo up and decide how to save it, probably one file as dropping 70 files on vegas ought to be a breeze, now we have a new Zeit 2+ hrs and another Tsaraian 1.5+ hrs. Plus it appears Jessie Ventura's stuff is disappearing so I been working on that shit too.

FYI the 70 part series so far appears to be files which are 25 MB each or less, for a total (I think) of 1750MB or 1.75Gb, which is far less than a stupid Dual Layer DVD. I bet I can RAR them and save space. then again, I could spend an additional day doing a DVD.

If that's the case I will likely render all 70 to one single file. (I been doing that on the Jesse stuff and it takes me about "17min render time" for a 45min show currently.) Then after it's one big file, (Oh hell maybe I will make some DVD markers - see it is smart to talk about this ahead of time so I know where I am going)

If I have say 1 hour markers I Can divide the DVD up with 1 hour "fake episodes" (just in case you don't feel like fast forwarding 10 hours to get to your spot when the cat hooks your big toe)

So I would end up with all these piddly ass files I will RAR up, for the potential to re-distribute, and then a Menu'd (tm) DVD which will play all or play 1 hour segments.

99 you said it was a lot of drive space? Na...First off I ain't a Mac User, so adding space is as simple as sliding a $99 1 TB drive in my ICY dock. 2nd, remember a MiniDV is about 13GB an hour. Quite a few hours on a 1 TB drive I think you'd agree.

I'm definitely 49/70 putting a test on everyone's servers today. So far everyone rocks. I wish my upstream was better. But it is what it is, and my decision was to stay low powered so I can run the bitch off a battery if I have to. ~p
