I think the fact that Iran and Venezuela set up their own bank last month is the reason this crap is being put about now. And even if it isn't, WHO in their right mind could blame them?

If it was secret, Oh just like the yellow cake story of a few years ago. Yep, I would do a bank also, they both have been moving/moved away from the dollar and Iran was/has set up it's oil cartel so they don't have to go through London. The funny thing about this is it won't mean anything when they get to the meeting, it's the Americas and Amerika no longer tells them what to do. The best thing GBjr did was leave SA alone for 6yrs and against all odds the have worked together to solve their problems with one another.

As in I smell RATS.

Speaking of which, I found a rat carcass yesterday. Good dog.. o;)
