I was labeling this "ineffectuality incarnate", but then it hit me you aren't going to be understanding that as I mean it. He's being brilliantly effectual, and pointing to his ineffectuality on the numerous fronts where we were expecting action is ONLY a liberal complaint where radical analysis belongs... so I changed the label....
