For some reason this little data point seems more bone chilling than most of them to me. Maybe it's just my system still trying to come back into phase from the poisoning, but this particular Orwellian snippet just glues it... has set my brain afire to turn into Robert De Niro in Brazil....

Yuh. I notice that even those formerly-helpful visual aids and graphs and interactive maps are suddenly making the spill look much less. We are so fucked.

I'm just basking in the company of my old friend Trishie and trying to forget about all the awful for a day or two... take a peek late at night, leave a trace here, and see if I can't just float a bit.

Have I mentioned lately how much I hate these people?
