Had Obama stood up and said, You jackass, and maybe three short declaratory sentences of the truth of the matter, the minute McCain opened his mouth about this, they would have had great difficulty pulling off this hallucinatory stuff now. Not just Obama, either. All of them. Once again we see the Republicans rising up in furtherance of filthy things, without a care for reality, and managing to obliterate sense from the public arena. Maybe this shit will drive him to some more soaring oratory....
