It does that to me all the time too... but then posts it when I hit the button again. It doesn't like it when you just turned your cookies on to open yer mouth.... But it completely disappears your comments if you leave them off, or have them set to just pages you navigate to, even though it doesn't set third party cookies. I tell you, you cannot win for losing. My blog now looks like a place where almost no one ever says anything because JS-Kit wiped all my comments on my whole blog, and now it's touch and go if Blogger will accept a comment, EVEN with all the impediments to commenting turned off.

I have no control unless I get the dough to have my own page with my own comments platform. It's a damn racket.
