E=mc² broke on our world 104 years ago today

It was the most thrilling discovery of my childhood. I got it from a book dropped on the sidewalk and had opened it right to the page where they mentioned E=mc² and what it meant. I was really little. I always want to say I was seven, but I think I was more like four.

I could read long before I went to school, but... I know this is weird... never thought about it... never mentioned it while we were doing see-Spot-run... thought learning the alphabet in that certain order was more of an entertainment than a utility... was genuinely learning to read with all my friends, but already knew how. I'm really almost positive I was four because I remember the street where I found the book. I remember my mother very oddly insisted on me taking it back out and putting it on the sidewalk where I found it. It had to be when we were living on that street and we'd moved from that street when I was four. But anyway, whatever age I was, I loved the living snot out of that page of that book and had wanted to read the book from start to finish.
