IT WAS NEVER INTENDED TO BE EFFECTIVE

It was intended to dampen the ire of the masses, and especially the base. Elizabeth Warren's appointment was aimed at the same target. The EFFECTIVENESS is about mollifying progressives, giving them something to point to. I'm amazed Warren hasn't become so infuriated by now that she's relieved Obama of his testicles. Now, the longer she stays so downbeat in her criticisms the less faith I can have in her intention. Intention is everything.

Helping Main Street was never part of it.
