I was actually thrilled to find bees all over the flowers in my yard this past weekend.

I thought they were making a comeback, however this report would certainly contradict that.

Yes! I had a lone honey bee in my garden, possibly two, about six weeks ago, but there have been so many bands of FREEZING cold weather interspersing nice days since then that I don't think they will be back.

Today is spectacularly gorgeous and sunny with an ICY breeze... not cold, not brisk, not cool, but outright arctic. I've got a shitload of layers on and it looks like bikini weather out there.
