My next door neighbor is a total hermit. No power, no gas to his house. He comes home late in the evening and leaves early in the morning.
The grass in his yard is literally 7 feet high!
He seems to have some mental problems - very angry and unfriendly. His Mother passed away at the age of 95 about a year and a half ago, his father passed about ten years ago. Up to the day Edna went to the hospital she worked daily in her yard. Lots of flowers and everything was beautiful. Since she passed everything is dead and taken over by weeds.
A real shame.
Fire hazard this summer. Fire Department should be miffed.

ReplyDeleteWe didn't go anywhere last fourth of July for that very reason - the neighbors across the street are known for their bottle rocket and aerial fireworks fusillade.
