(And I didn't even find any juicy ones!)
Lot's of times there are only juicy phrases, hints... and, too, it depends on what political situations you are most familiar with. The good approach is to look for the cables to and from the embassies in countries you know the most about.... And even having to give up the chatting, it is well to overrun yer lunch hour thus. Subverts the dominant paradigm and brings us closer to liberation. Well done.
