In case you were letting the flock of harpies make you doubt....

And, perhaps it's worth the seventeen minutes' investment to listen to Julian Assange holding forth on one of my pet peeves. I sit here and scream about it to everyone who comes my way, but he gets up and DOES SOMETHING about it. It cannot be overstated how malignant this disappearing of vital information is to our society. I really think the MAIN reason seemingly reasonable people are skeptical about his motives is ignorance, not having taken note of his work in enough depth.

[He tells the same story HERE only in more damaging terms and with more detail. HERE is the three-hour playlist from which it was taken.]

.

An hour and forty minutes of Daniel Ellsberg and Julian Assange, extremely well worth your time... and tears.

I have, for two reasons, not been wanting to mention that Sy Hersh and Jane Meyer and Robert Fisk and John Pilger have all been instrumental in the rise of WikiLeaks: [1] even though they hadn't made a secret of it, I didn't want to add to any bad energy coming their way; and [2] the places where I learned of this have all sunk back into the antiquity of last year and I don't know how to call them back up as proof. But Julian mentions his association with Hersh in one of the videos I watched here and it seems it's no secret to the jackasses making a much bigger mess out of this whole psychotically messy big mess.

HUNNERTS OF WIKILEAKS MIRRORS....

  1. Yeah, I know. The Swedish case is bullshit, and pretty obviously being bungled purposely because they're just doing it under pressure from us. I noticed today that Yahoo!'s Top Stories included a piece on the redoubled efforts to arrest him, but over in their World News section was another piece about Sweden's warrant being bogus. This is just fucking psychedelic.
