This statins in our burgers has morphed into statins in our drinking water.
On Friday, the president travels to Schenectady, N.Y., birthplace of the General Electric Co., to showcase a new GE deal with India and announce a restructured presidential advisory board to focus on increasing employment and competitiveness.

Obama is naming GE CEO Jeffrey Immelt as the head of a Council on Jobs and Competitiveness.
So, uh, how do you think any of this will play out?

  2. Well, and China. China just got a fat GE contract too, I think, and Chinese workers just got a 10% raise in minimum wage... so I can't but think this appointment of GE's CEO to head a presidential advisory board is Obama's way of making it look as though fascist fucks really do care about employment for Americans.... Basically, it just very seriously doesn't make any goddam sense except for adding a highlight to those little propagandistic shots into the minds of the vast American herd. Can anyone think of another "beneficial" thing to that appointment?

  3. Maybe I'm bent, but I think it dovetails nicely with the heating atmosphere over statins in drinking water. I thought that shit had died down, and that even the fluoride levels being lowered might be a sign they were backing off AT LEAST the water, but.... Probably not.
