NOOOOOOOO! (regarding the toothache)

I will counter the ora-jel advice. That stuff used to make my teeth hurt WORSE and even without the temporary relief.

One other thing that might work, but it requires staying awake, is plain water (not too cold, not too hot, fill your mouth, and spit it out.

Another thing I found was breathing through one or the other nostril at specific hours of the day, using your breath on a mirror to view your breath's patter and determine which nostril, to ingress / egress during which hours of the day, and I will be damned if I can't find the information at the moment. I think it was a Yogi Technique..

I'll look for it.
