the worst—i think—has passed... for now

[click image, video, three and a half hours]

.

It seems the weather mania here was a fast-moving long thin band and it blasted past pretty quickly. On the one hand it looks as though more is coming, but on the other it would seem the worst may have passed. It went dead calm and dripping for a while, but right now it's just doing a few minor gusts.

It's a good day to be listening to all this blather from the bastions of Out There. This guy, at the image link, is pretty interesting. He seems to be full of total blather, but it's all interspersed with very interesting bits of information. I'm pretty irked that he raps down this major dis job about public employees just collecting their paper unemployment and the government doing its airy fairy paper manipulations, but when you go to his site, you see he's AVID to collect that airy fairy paper. Anyway, since he's a proponent of the expanding planet theory, I'm wanting to listen to him, no matter how much crap he spews between the interesting stuff....

And maybe the weather will let me actually get through the whole three and a half hours of it. If you are interested, it seems you can go listen to him all you could possibly want at his YouTube channel....

.

In fact, I've chosen to spend the rest of this radiation droplets evening engaged thus. There is probably plenty out there more worthy of my attention just now, but I don't feel great and now he's talking about curing himself of eczema by finding its energy in his inner vibrations and working on curing his arthritis thus. Once again, being as I know how severely we have limited ourselves, capability-wise, in recent centuries, and wanting as I do to return myself to something better approximating full functionality, I'm letting myself contemplate it.

Old Uncle Dave likes to laugh at me about all the stuff going on in Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon being faithful to our ACTUAL ability. He doesn't believe it for a moment. I told him I know they were using wires and cinematic tricks to show it, BUT that does not mean that it is not an actually innate ability. We just don't defy gravity because we don't believe we can. I know that whenever I dropped utterly any notion of an inability to fly, I flew... not... mind you... as Bill Hicks would have been quick to remind us... out the window of a tall building, but just boringly from the ground to the tetherball pole and from the ground through the barn window to land on the floor of a stall. Those were the two times I did it awake. So I know what I'm talking about. Old Uncle Dave thinks I'm delusional, but he humors me.

So, anyway, it may happen that this guy says something that helps some blockage of what I know from the ancients and help me get back to flying....

.

Forgot to mention that earlier my darling Old Turkie popped in to ask if I were responsible for THIS. Would that I were, but I'm not feeling big on the nonviolence part right now. I mean, I never am, not on this planet, but lately it too obviously is playing into the hands of the SOCIOPATHIC SPACE LIZARDS who are pouring pacifist rebellion powder all over us. They know they will lose control if we go postal on them. If we amass in Tahrir Square or drive our tractors around the capitol building in Madison, that completely works in their favor—leaches off pressure to rise up in the populace and requires a minimum of theater to manage—to IGNORE—but if we start physically snatching them out from behind their desks and daises, then they have a real problem. Then they have LOST control.

Which is the ONLY fix for all this.

  2. BB2 continues to watch his MOTHERFUCKING tv, despite my ranting, and you continue to traffic RawStory, despite my ranting, and I don't think it's funny BECAUSE people continuing to use the means, the weapons, provided by the enemy to try to fight the enemy is SO defeatist I could just scream.

BUT DON'T MIND ME! Nobody ever does anyway AND MY TOOTH IS KILLING ME.

Please just send one of those crusty old coots on his tractor to come and get me. That is all.

  5. Well, that is a GOOD point... except, I was still laboring under the delusion that the Christian Science Monitor would not stoop to such depths. I learned my lesson! Turned out that AFP reported it accurately too, but it's a crap shoot.

What I'd most like to know right now is WHEN is it going to dawn on the protesters that the government is IGNORING them? Or that recalls are going to do bubkes to alleviate the problem? I want to know if America is going to get up on its hind legs and MAKE these fuckers crawl back into their holes.

  7. Oh that was a looooong one. That ANGRY band that blew through here only took about half an hour, but, whoa, it was faaaaast AND it went whizzing right over the mountains like they weren't there. Usually the systems get a little stuck here and dissipate somewhat over the mountains. Not that one! Fwoosh! Knocked hell outta everybody and kept goin'.
