Yeah, I saw that, too. Right. With a 3.5 trilion dollar budget and less than 0.5 trillion for "discretionary" spending, it's clear that we have zeroed in on the culprit. Never mind the 1 trillion dollar military spending plan. I'm convinced these assholes are deliberately recreating the conditions described in 1984. Perhaps they have a sense of irony (Enrony?)??? I'm sure glad I don't pay any taxes over there any more...
