  1. This is a real bitch for non commercial media who doesn't have a team of lawyers to fight. They are toast.

A couple years back I was trying to get some shots of the agriculture going on. Fields and fields of beautiful agriculture all within 20 minutes by bicycle from Sacramento. (Yolo/via river road crossing at the Freeport Bridge) I was trying to time it for sunrise and sunset. (never got it right) I can't imaging cops chasing me around on a bike cause I am out there with a miniDV. ack! This is bad, and more reason, to crack down on oath breakers who don't follow the US Constitution.

Most will pretend it doesn't matter because it isn't their own state. The problem with fighting it is the establishment in those states don't care to even hear communications from constituents in outside states.

Another problem is it takes so much time to bring them down, when their actions are instantly realized. They go around causing damage hiding behind establishment authority, and we have to peel back everything from things being classified, to the timing of complaints, to how well financed they are. By the time they are caught, if caught at all, the damage is already done.

This also refreshes the news not long back about the street vendor in Illinois who got zapped for recording cops. I think he was facing life IIRC.

Part of this battle is going to have to be ( http://fija.org ) JURY NULLIFICATION EDUCATION.

This mindset of just sitting around and not doing something different when clearly the activities are bullshit has to stop. For example when that guy got tazed "don't taze me bro" those cops should have been surrounded by the attendees. This oh ha ha ha mentality must stop.

I remember that so well. I was apoplectic over the attendees' behavior, and Kerry's, even over the shit the cops were pulling. That said it all. It STILL says it all.
